Our standard system includes the following computer controlled components and features:

• Power Supply 0 - 12.5 Vdc, 0-800 Amps (10 Kw) with remote load sensing capability;

Torque/Loading device with up to 20 ft-lbs torque capability at the starter shaft;

• Electro mechanical clutch to disconnect the load device from the starter during Free Run test to avoid any additional loads;
• Solenoid current check: for pull-in and hold-in coils;
• Ignition key OFF option to check if solenoid disconnects the power;
• Ergonomic loading device to mount starter in upright position;
• Ripple Voltage measuring capability;
• Computer System with Man-machine interface and application software to perform the Free Run and Load tests in one sequence - one button to push.
